How do I place an order?

and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

If your order has not yet shipped,
you can request a modification by contacting our customer service as soon as possible.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account
and viewing the order history, or by checking the confirmation email.

Can I add more items to my order after paying?

Orders cannot be changed once payment is completed.
Please place a new order for additional items.

Can I change the product specifications, such as size or color, after ordering?

If your order has not entered production, you may be able to change specifications.
Contact customer service as quickly as possible.

Will I receive a confirmation email after ordering?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with all details after your purchase.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. How do I fix it?

Contact customer service immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped or gone into production,
you can cancel it by contacting customer service.

Can I change the payment method after placing the order?

Unfortunately, the payment method cannot be changed once the order is completed.
Please cancel and reorder if you need to use a different payment method.
